Shipments and returns
Your Pack Shipment
We're a small business and still fine-tuning our delivery options to offer the best service for you.
At the moment, we offer two main delivery methods:

Local Delivery:
If you're nearby, we're happy to deliver your order by hand where possible. We'll get in touch after checkout to arrange a suitable time. -
Royal Mail:
For orders further afield, we typically use Royal Mail services. We'll send you a tracking link when available.
If you have a preferred delivery method or any special instructions, feel free to let us know during checkout or contact us directly — we're happy to accommodate where we can.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees include postage, packing, and handling. We try to keep them fair and transparent. Local delivery may be free or reduced depending on your location — this will be confirmed after checkout.
To keep costs down (and reduce packaging), we recommend placing all items in a single order. Separate orders placed individually will be shipped separately, each with their own shipping fees.
Packaging
We take great care to package your items safely using recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible. Fragile items are well protected, and our boxes are sized to prevent unnecessary movement in transit.
